Compulsory equipment: The equipment each participant is to carry is determined by the TAF (Türkiye Atletizm Federasyonu).

- Identification card

- Running shoes

- start number (clearly visible)

- whistle

- Mobile phone

- Emergency blanket

- Bottle (capacity of at least 1 liter)

- cap / band or hat

- Elastic bandage (100x6 cm)

- Reflective vest

The package includes:

- start number

- Noodle party

- Food and drinks at the finish and at the CP's

- Medical care

- Medal, for participants who have successfully completed the race

Not included are:

- Pers. Food for personal consumption

- Overnight stay and arrival

- Transfer before and after the event

- clothes, shoes, sticks etc.
