• For cancellations before 01.09.2023, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations before 01.10.2023, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations made after 01.10.2023, are non-refundable.
Important information about registration:
• The registration of the corresponding category is deemed to have taken place with the payment of the participation fee and the presentation of the health report.
• Without payment, no final registration can be made.
• Participants must submit a health report stating that they will not interfere with their participation (not required for 10K and 25K). Licensed athletes can submit their licenses instead of a health report. These health documents must be submitted with the application. Otherwise the chest number will not be delivered to the participant.
• The starting number will not be given to participants who do not provide their compulsory material during the delivery of the kit.
• The registration fee or breast numbers can not be transferred to another athlete.
For changes to the categories after the final registration;
* There is no refund for moving to a lower entry category.
* When changing to a category with higher entry fees, a fee difference will be added.
• Applications will be closed on 20 of October, 2023. No change / transition between categories after closing records
